Theoangelo Perkins

Theoangelo Perkins is the mayor of Harpersville, Alabama. Perkins became the first black mayor of any city in Shelby County, Alabama by outpolling retiree Paul Brooks 360 votes to 278 votes in the 2005 election. Perkins had previously served as a city council member in Harpersville.
